　　Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 5 for our McLean Hospital , located in Belmont, MA . In this role you will lead a team of 3 managers, 2 supervisors, and approximately 50 hourly employees. The GM 5 will work primarily out of the Belmont location, however they will need the ability to travel to the 2 satellite locations in Middleboro, MA approximately 1x/week.

　　McLean Hospital isconsistently named the top freestanding psychiatric hospital and is known for it's high level of care and service provided to the patients there. McLean offers high-quality mental health treatment for individuals of all ages experiencing a wide array of symptoms and diagnoses.

　　The successful candidate will:

　　have oversight of all day-to-day operations for all 3 locations

　　effectively lead the team through all managers and front line staff

　　ensure delivery of high quality food services including cafeteria retail, patient meal, and catering operations

　　achieve company and client financial targets and goals

　　ensure HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standards compliance

　　enjoy a leadership role and have experience mentoring and developing a team to achieve unit customer satisfaction goals and financial targets
