About General Manager

  PAY RATE RANGES FROM $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour depending upon experience.

  MUST HAVE 1-2 Years experience in Fast Food experience as an Assitant Manager or Restaurant General Manager

  You are applying for a position with a franchisee or licensee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. Franchisees and licensees are independent business organizations, who will be your only employer if hired, and who are responsible for their own employment practices, including setting their own wage and benefit programs.

  JJC Foods is a well-established Taco Bell franchisee that is looking for highly motivated individuals that want to work for an organization that encourages personal growth and advancement/promotion from within. The organization does offer highly competitive bonus and benefit programs that vary based upon employee position.

  Hourly Pay Rate Depends on Experience.

  Job requirements:

  • Is at least 21 years of age.

  • Has at least 1-2 years in customer service management experience.

  • Has means of transportation during shift.

  • Has open availability to be able to work mid-shifts, nights and weekends. Can work 45-50 hours per week.

  • Certified Professional Food Manager (ServSafe or equivalent) or within 30 days of hire.

  Skill / Knowledge Requirements:

  • Should be able to communicate efficiently and be understood. Language good enough to speak, read & write.

  • Strong customer service oriented driven attitude.

  • Has confidence in leading, directing, coaching, training and following up with others.

  • Self-motivated. Strong leadership and influencing skills.

  • Demonstrates administrative capacity: Financially, Operations, People, etc.

  • Acts as a role model through appearance, and work ethic.

  • Ability to resolve disputes.

  • Ability to recruit, hire and develop team.
