GROWMARK is large enough to offer solid career opportunities, but small enough to provide a family-oriented, welcoming environment and great benefits. * WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING* * This position provides maintenance and care of the property. * Tasks include receiving, storing and checking inventory of parts and products, maintaining cleanliness and image of Cardlock and buildings. * Cutting grass, moving snow and cleaning in and about the plant and yard. * WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE* * Valid G Driver's Licence (DZ considered an asset); * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; * Lifting or moving up to 70lbs may be required; * Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods; * Able to work with minimal supervision; * Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing; * Forklift operating experience woudl be an asset; * Experience in handling propane and/or petroleum would be an asset; * Manual dexterity required; * Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. * Working Conditions:* Indoors and outdoors. Physical activity includes lifting, climbing, inspecting and reaching in an environment which may be characterized by changes in temperature.
