　　Your Skills and Expertise

　　Completing all daily safety and environmental requirements, along with proactive recognition and action to alleviate any potential concerns.

　　Completing daily housekeeping inspections and tasks.

　　Following standard operating procedures to ensure efficient production of quality products.

　　Shovels and sweeps around conveyors, elevators, equipment, and roofs.

　　Handles heavy spouts, bags, hoses, and screens in assigned areas.

　　Work in areas where the environment is hot, cold, humid, dry, dusty, or dirty.

　　To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

　　Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

　　Working overtime, weekends, short notice shift coverage as business needs arise and, holidays as needed.

　　Working rotating shifts - (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift)

　　Pay & Benefits

　　The starting rate of pay for this position is $29.71. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental and vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
