About Cook, Mediterranean Food

　　For a restaurant serving pizza, Italian and Mediterranean food (Sleiman Enterprises, LLC DBA Mike's Pizza Shoppe and Deli, West Chester, PA): responsible for preparing, cooking and packaging Mediterranean foods, including tabbouleh, fattoush, hummus, chanklosh, manakish, labneh, kebbe, shawarma, falafel, mujadra, warak enab, kousa mahshi, shish taouk, for consumption and sale; and assist in menu planning.

　　Requirements:

　　1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience as a Cook.  The required experience must include preparing and cooking Mediterranean cuisine.

　　40 hours per week -- Sunday, Wednesday to Saturday, 1:00 -- 9:00 pm.
