AEROTEK IS HIRING AT $20 ABOVE

　　This is a direct hire position in Troy Ohio for 2nd or 3rd shift. Below is all the information on the opportunity. If you are interested in lining up an tour/interview, please apply first . This is an entry level opening so no past manufacturing experience is required.

　　Duration:

　　Direct Hire (There is no temp or contract period)

　　Openings and Pay:

　　Packaging - $18.44 an hour and after 90 days $19.28

　　Raw Meat - $20.14 an hour and after 90 days $20.97

　　Sanitation - $20.14 an hour and after 90 days $20.97

　　$1.50 shift difference for 3rd

　　$1.00 shift difference for 2nd

　　Work Environment:

　　Since this is a food manufacture it will 40 degrees year around in the facility.Shifts:

　　2nd Shift

　　2:30pm or 3:30pm until 12pm – 1am depending on production and cell

　　Will be working a 4-2, 3-2, 3-2 and 4-1 schedule listed below

　　3rd Shift

　　10pm to 6:30am

　　will be working a 7 on 4 off and 7 on 3 off schedule

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Safety is the #1 responsibility.

　　Placing casings on horns.

　　Control weight, length and diameter of product.

　　Hanging or stacking stuffed product.

　　Dump and scrape out tubs of product

　　Equipment set-up and tear-down.

　　Control product quality.

　　Maintain efficiencies.

　　Abide by all plant GMPs and USDA guidelines.

　　Responsible for any other task / duty asked to undertake by supervisor.

　　Specific Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

　　Understand complete operation of stuffers and sizing equipment.

　　Must be able to direct on the line.

　　Must consistently carry a positive attitude and help solve problems.

　　Have good communication skills with management and co-workers, departmentally and inter-departmentally.

　　Know proper emergency procedures.

　　Understand company policies and lead by example.
