　　Gate Clerk - Inspector

　　Responsibilities

　　Gate Clerk - Inspector

　　Performs inspections on all inbound and outbound intermodal units using an automated computerized gate system and/or handheld device.

　　Notes the conditions of trailers, chassis, or containers after inspection.

　　Control access onto facilities.

　　Maintains assigned equipment & ensures work area is clean and orderly.

　　Performs work in accordance with established safety & quality management procedure

　　Strong customer service skills

　　Computer Literacy

　　Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

　　Highly organized and flexible

　　Detail oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment.

　　Willingness and ability to stand for long periods of time (8- 12 hrs)

　　Able to work schedule - 7PM - 7AM, Texas 2 step - Week 1 - 3 days on 4 days off: Week 2: 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on
