Description Robert Half is currently working with a client looking to fill a Billing Clerk position. The Billing Clerk will create invoices, credit memos, update accounting records, customer information, and send payment reminders. This may be the role for you if you are a dynamic Billing Clerk with excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Assemble all needed information for bills receivable calculation

　　Ensure accuracy of billing data and fix all errors as necessary

　　Send reminders for payments and contact customers if needed

　　Discuss billing adjustments with clients and vendors

　　Send out periodical customer account statements

　　Ensure the accuracy of various types of payments (cash, online payments etc.)

　　Prepare journal entries of adjustments to billings

　　Manage accounting records, recording all new payments, balances, customer information etc.

　　Assemble reports to distribute to senior managers and executives- Keep all customer account information up to date and manage any problems

　　Manage billing complaints and help customers

　　Issue bills and invoices and send to customers via available channels (physically or via email or another digital system)

　　Manage client and vendor requests Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred.

　　Microsoft Office experience preferred
