The Capital Gallery Society is seeking a part-time person to serve as a working partner with the Gallery Manager. The successful candidate should be capable of contributing as a member of a team and willing to learn. Major responsibilities will be fundraising, development of the gallerys donorship and corporate support, and grant writing and management.
[The Capital Gallery Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to Celebrating Art, History, and Culture! Founded in 2016, the Society operates The Capital Gallery in downtown Bismarck, showcasing remarkable fine art through rotating exhibits and events. We promote both established and emerging artists from our region, host receptions with presenting artists, and sponsor an annual student art show. All exhibits are open to the public at no cost. Artwork sales help support both the artists and The Capital Gallery. Degree in business, marketing, or related field OR directly related experience
Proven work experience as a development coordinator or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other software programs
Demonstrated record of team player abilities and on-going learning aptitude
