　　In this role you will report into the VP, LATAM Scent. You will develop advanced data analytics that drive impactful insights to support company’s strategies in improving business performance and building out best in class operating organization. You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering with a broader range of business stakeholders to deliver data anchored solution in support of decision making.

　　Your Key Responsibilities

　　Build metrics, approaches and framework to provide structure and visibility for effectively measuring and tracking commercial performance and developing business goals.

　　Develop full-scale analytics integrating fragmented source system and siloed business applications to provide a cohesive and seamless performance review.

　　Perform data reporting, strong analysis and modeling that support business stakeholders on a variety of initiatives to manage business performance optimization, incl. revenue acceleration, key account strategic planning, pricing, and so on.

　　Set up processes and standards for rigorous data usage to deliver data compliance and implement the consistency across business units and geographies.

　　Work across functions (Finance, IT, Business, Commercial, Marketing, etc.) to resolve data and reporting issues to enable high-quality data for both commercial (Pipeline, Pricing, Customer, etc.) and financial (Sales, Cost and Profitability).

　　Collaborate with Scent teams to build and streamline processes to achieve best practices and continuous improvement.

　　Participate in digitalization projects to build out integrated data platform generating visualized commercial views to help drive business review conversations.

　　Your Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, finance, statistics, or a related field.

　　Fluent English (oral and written) is required.

　　Curious mind

　　Highly analytical and good knowledge in finance/business systems, tools and statistical analysis software desirable

　　Demonstrable experience in Snowflake / SQL, Power BI is highly desirable.

　　Detail-oriented and conceptual thinking skills.

　　Personal initiative, resilience as well as a self-motivated and goal-oriented working attitude.

　　Strong communication and presentation skills (written).

　　Excellent time management skills. Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours occasionally if needed.
