　　RPA/Automation Developer

　　Introduction:

　　Dive into the world of Intelligent Automation!

　　As an RPA Developer, you are a Software Engineer with a focus on RPA platforms. You'll harness these platforms to automate processes, driving efficiency and innovation.

　　Power Platform (Power Automate) is preferred but BluePrism, UiPath and Automation Anywhere are also good.

　　As an Intelligent Automation Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to understand and automate their processes. You'll create and maintain documentation, execute test scripts, and troubleshoot issues. You'll also have the opportunity to continually update your technical knowledge and skills. 　　What you'll do:

　　Work with clients to understand and automate their processes

　　Create and maintain process documentation and automated process documentation

　　Execute automation testing scripts and categorize defects

　　Configure and build automated processes

　　Troubleshoot and fix automation issues

　　Provide operational support for production automation

　　Skills and experiences:

　　Advanced skills with Intelligent Automation platforms and complex code development

　　Ability to understand customer processes and communicate them effectively

　　Ability to identify valuable and technically feasible business processes for automation

　　Ability to work in teams and individually, including remote teams

　　Mentorship of junior team members

　　Advanced problem-solving skills

　　Exposure to Azure AI, machine learning, Cognitive Services, and Virtual Agents

　　About you:

　　Characteristics that can spell success for this role

　　You might possess a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field. Equivalent experience will also suffice

　　You have prior related work experience, preferably in a technology or consulting environment

　　Analytical, curious, agile

　　Team player and good communicator

　　Problem-solver, patient and quality-driven

　　Self-motivating

　　Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington as set forth below.
