　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　As a FullStack Software Developer on the Cloud Pak for AIOps team, you will be working as part of a full-stack team in fast-paced environment with remote office locations developing the next

　　generation of AI-infused infrastructure management features used in our premier hybrid cloud

　　management product. Working in an agile environment, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary.

　　squad working on the user interface within the large global development product group. Your

　　work will involve close collaboration with Designers, Architects, DevOps Engineers and Product Managers across our global organization.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Participate in the design and implementation of sophisticated software systems

　　Participate in software design and code reviews. Reviews include other Software Engineers and are held to ensure a high level of software quality and to share knowledge with team members.

　　Participate in, and adhere to, professional software engineering practices using such tools and methodologies as Agile Software Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Source Code Management (git), and GitHub

　　Participate in the planning, creation, and execution of automated test cases and load/performance testing

　　Maintain a high level of proficiency with Computer Science/Software Engineering

　　knowledge and contribute to the technical skills growth of other team members

　　Work well independently and as part of a team

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

　　3+ years of software Back End development experience (Node JS preferred)

　　Experience working with servers, applications and databases

　　Familiarity with APIs

　　Basic knowledge of operating systems and how they work (i.e. Operating systems courses); Container technologies; Internet Services; and/or Managed Services

　　2+ years of software Front End development experience (React JS preferred)

　　Strong skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML

　　Strong skills in Unit testing with knowledge of common frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library etc.

　　Experience working with CI/CD processes, DevOps methodologies and tools such as git, Jenkins, Travis.

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with remote office locations

　　Growth-mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Experience working with high traffic web application

　　Experience with multiple cloud services: IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google

　　Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores

　　Experience on Automation testing using tools/frameworks like Cypress or similar

　　Experience working with Kubernetes/OpenShift or related cloud-native technologies
