As the ideas take shape, you\'ll also buildout prototypes and MVPs that illustrate the need and possible solutionsto decision makers. Based on the results of this R&D work, you\'lladvocate for the very best ideas to receive additional support andresources - knowing that most won\'t make the cut. You and the teamwould be tackling several of these problem statements at a time,arriving at answers within weeks, not months. You should be ascomfortable building prototype code as production code, and know thedifference as well as when to employ each. In a fast-moving project, youwill need to balance the need to go deep versus going wide, directingefforts where they are most effective. You\'ll collaborate withteammates to architect, design, and implement software solutions tosatisfy business requirements. Your ability to work with all aspects ofsoftware development including devops, quality assurance, research, anddesign will be key. Because our teams are often working on severalprojects at once, you\'ll need to coordinate with teammates oninterdependent work streams, and you may be asked to shift gears to jumpon a critical issue along with other teams and resolve quickly.
