Description We are in search of a determined Full Charge Bookkeeper for our client in the Cleaning industry. You will supervise the financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and cash flow as the Full Charge Bookkeeper. The clerical staff will report back to the Full Charge Bookkeeper. How you will make an impact
Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation
Experience with Accounts Receivable
Manage Accounts Payable
Assemble sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
Outline business license and gross receipts
Create cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
Supervise monthly accounting close
Assemble subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Draw up cash flow projections, as needed
Other assignments as requested
Arrange monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Note budget transfers Requirements
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Crucial accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferredTop notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Command of financial statement preparation
Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Practical knowledge of payroll
Demonstrated knowledge of QuickBooks
Adeptness in Collections
Proficiency in Journal Entry Preparation
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred
High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
5+ years of related experience- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsAbility to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
