　　We are in search of a determined Full Charge Bookkeeper for our client. You will supervise the financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and cash flow as the Full Charge Bookkeeper. Our ideal Bookkeeper candidate will be able to thrive under tight deadlines with minimal supervision while performing as a self-driven and organized accounting professional. 　　Key responsibilities

　　Manage Accounts Payable

　　Group sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

　　Set up subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Prepare cash flow projections, as needed

　　Condense business license and gross receipts

　　Supervise monthly accounting close

　　Ready monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Other distinguished projects when necessary

　　Experienced with credit card management and reconciliation

　　Regulate Accounts Receivable

　　Requirements

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Full Charge Bookkeeping

　　QuickBooks Pro experience preferred

　　Experience with account reconciliation

　　Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

　　Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

　　Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

　　3+ years of related experience- Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skillsAbility to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
