The Unloader position works directly with truck drivers bringing beans into the plant. Responsible for operating the scale, checking in loads, and communicating with operators and management regarding status at the bean dump. Excellent starting pay and benefits. Starting pay is $23.18 per hour. Company paid uniforms, safety shoes, health and safety incentives, and great opportunities for training and advancement. Must be willing to work additional hours during Harvest. This position works an 8- hour schedule on second shift, 3p-11p.
