Description There's an immediate need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, and clerical staff. 　　Responsibilities

　　Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Make all cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

　　Manage monthly accounting close

　　Additional special projects if necessary

　　Index budget transfers

　　Prepare cash flow projections, as needed

　　Prepare subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Maintain sales tax records and creates and files quarterly payments

　　Familiar with Accounts Receivable

　　Report business license and gross receipts

　　Accounts Payable

　　Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation Requirements - Dynamic accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

　　Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity

　　Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

　　Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred

　　Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

　　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

　　Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

　　QuickBooks experience desired
