Description

　　We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join a well-established 30+ year Family-owned business. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

　　Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of data.

　　Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

　　Generate financial reports for management.

　　Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

　　Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

　　Solid understanding of accounting principles.

　　Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

　　Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
