Description

　　This is a PART-TIME (2-3 days a week), HYBRID (needs to be close to office to be onsite occasionally), TEMPORARY-to-HIRE opportunity that could lead to a permanent position and is located near Yardley, PA. The working hours are roughly 9:00am - 5:00pm on Mondays & Thursday, and occasionally Fridays. This schedule can be adjusted if need be.

　　An established company involved in consulting for business safety measures is looking to add a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing QuickBooks Desktop & Sage (Timeslips function) to perform Accounts Receivables & Billing primarily, followed by some Accounts Payables, Quarterly Financial Report Preparation, Reconciliations (Bank, Credit Card, Account), and updating banking daily/cashing checks weekly. The ideal candidate will be technically strong (QuickBooks Desktop & Timesheets via Sage or other ERP software), and able to run the accounting operations for a small business with a hands-off owner that is very easy to work with.

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Accounts Receivable & Billing & Collections

　　• Tracking Billing, Receipts, Recording Bills & Payments

　　• Bill clients via Timeslips (in Sage)

　　• Reconciliations (Account, Bank, Credit Card)

　　• Prepare Quarterly Financial Reports that an outside Accounting Company will review.

　　• Updating banking daily (and cashing checks weekly)
