Currently seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a contract to fulltime role in Sacramento, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.

Conduct histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.

Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.

Evaluate the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.

Maintains medical records.

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid CA State License and Federal DEA registration.HOURS:

Mon – Friday 8- 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts .

Patient Load 18-20
