Our Urgent Care APPs, in collaboration and consultation with the physician(s) and other team members provides treatment to all ages and families who come to the Urgent Care Center. Certification prior to the Masters' degree requirement and current practice as a Nurse Practitioner in their area of specialization or documentation of current competency. Experience Two or more years' experience in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred. One or more years' experience in area of specialization preferred. Licensure/Certification(s) Mandatory Licensure/Certification(s) Mandatory Current licensure as RN and APRN in State of Minnesota. Valid DEA Registration. Current medical staff credentials for level of training. OR Physician Assistant: Education Completion of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). Experience Two or more years' experience in a Physician Assistant role preferred. One or more years' experience in area of specialization preferred. Licensure/Certification(s) Mandatory Current Minnesota Registration/Licensure as a Physician Assistant through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Physician Assistant Certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Valid DEA Registration. Current medical staff credentials for level of training.
