Position General Responsibilities:

　　As a member of Central Operations, your role entails fulfilling daily operational responsibilities and processing incoming requests from branches. This position is crucial to the overall functioning of the entire Stockman Bank system, necessitating the use of exceptional customer service skills to address transactional issues for internal customers. A comprehensive understanding of the bank platform is essential in assisting bank-wide personnel with tasks such as new account setup, updates or changes, and responding to various inquiries. It is imperative to communicate with kindness and respect while serving in Central Operations, as we are the final line of defense. Consistent adherence to and enforcement of bank policies and procedures is vital in mitigating risk.

　　Education, Experience, and Certification Requirements

　　High School diploma or equivalency.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Willingness to learn and provide exceptional customer service.

　　Developing interpersonal/team skills and effective working relationships with managers/leads assistance.

　　Readiness to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

　　Some Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)

　　Good work ethic and organizational skills are a must. Must be dependable, accurate and efficient.

　　Preferred:

　　Knowledge of banking terminology and/or previous banking experience.

　　Previous recent experience using Fiserv banking platform software and BPM.

　　1-2 years customer service experience in the CSR or teller role.

　　Dimension of Job:

　　The position entails completing frontline support duties as assigned. Additionally, it involves assisting Stockman Bank branch employees with new customer account set up and changes to existing account set up as outlined in procedures on the Stockyard.
