Job Description

　　Insight Global is seeking a Front End React Developer to join one of Canada's largest retailers. This position is part of a multi-year program and is based in Vancouver, BC, with a requirement of three days in-office per week for a six-month contract.

　　In this role, you will be a part of one of the following teams: Navigation & Recommendation, Outfitting, or Search & Browse. Each of these teams is tasked with enhancing the customer experience on the main web application shop by developing new features and maintaining existing ones.

　　Your responsibilities will not only include maintaining affiliated applications and APIs but also developing enhanced features to meet the requirements of our client's various stakeholders. You will be engaged in R&D, conceptualizing, and estimating solutions in an agile environment.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Over 5 years full stack web development experience; ideally from an enterprise, e-commerce or retail domain

　　Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript libraries: React.js, Next.js

　　Knowledge with middle-tier services: GraphQL, Node.js

　　AWS experience (i.e. Lambda, CI/CD knowledge, deployment, etc.) null
