Description Our client is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our community. We believe the key to accomplishing our mission lies in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. In this regard, they are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our visitors.

Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access. Arrange travel and accommodations for staff members as needed. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing. Requirements High school degree; additional certification in office management is a plus. Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers). detail oriented attitude and appearance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
