Description We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role serves as a critical point of contact for customers and visitors, handling administrative tasks, and providing customer service within the industry. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk operations to ensure smooth and effective service delivery

• Handle a multi-line phone system, promptly directing calls to the right individuals or departments

• Cater to the needs and inquiries of customers and visitors with the highest level of service

• Maintain and organize files with accuracy and efficiency

• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for tasks such as data entry and record keeping

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members through strong interpersonal skills

• Handle customer service requests effectively and efficiently

• Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace, ensuring all necessary materials are easily accessible. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance

• Proficient in Answering Multi-Line Phone System

• Experience in providing Concierge Services

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Skilled in Data Entry

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
