Your responsibilities in this role

Be responsible for special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

Meet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

Assure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures Requirements - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

1+ years of experience

Incoming phone call management skills required

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Adeptness in Microsoft Office

Deep understanding of Answer

Comprehensive knowledge of Assist Guests

General familiarity with Spanish Language

Answering Inbound Calls experience

Experience with Answering Inquiries

Practical knowledge of Spanish Translation

Command of Direct Guests
