　　We are seeking a full-time, Patient Services Supervisor to work in our San Ramon, CA office. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, daytime hours with occasional weekends and holidays. The pay range for this position will be $25/+.

　　COVID-19 Vaccination:

　　Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area requires all applicants to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before commencing employment. New hires will be required to furnish proof of full vaccination and booster prior to their start date. There may be alternative for an approved exemption based on bona fide medical or religious grounds.

　　How You'll Contribute:

　　We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Patient Services Supervisor is responsible for:

　　Greet and assist all patients during their visit

　　Managing front desk team

　　Assisting with interviewing for front desk staff

　　Schedule patient appointments and procedures

　　Obtain and verify insurance information, coverage, and benefits

　　Get authorizations for office visits and procedures

　　Collect co-pays and insurance payments

　　Answer phone calls

　　Data entry

　　Other duties as needed

　　What You'll Bring:

　　Experience working in a healthcare environment

　　Excellent internal and external customer service

　　Ability to work with diverse patient population

　　Ability to travel between local offices

　　Able to work rotation of weekends and holidays as scheduled

　　Team player

　　Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor

　　Meticulously organized and detail oriented

　　Proficient in Word and Excel
