Job Description:
As a Bank Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers warmly as they enter the bank and directing them to the appropriate services or personnel.
Answering phone calls promptly and courteously, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about bank products and services.
Scheduling appointments for customers with bank representatives and ensuring timely follow-up.
Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, processing forms, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.
Collaborating with other bank staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus but not required.
