　　Front Desk Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Ensuring the front desk and lobby areas remain tidy, organized and ready to greet every guest that walks through our doors.

　　Coordinating services to provide our guests exemplary hospitality, foreseeing guest needs, and resolving concerns.

　　Processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, and financial transactions with strict adherence to defined procedures.

　　Must be able to multi-task, work with others as well as independently

　　Stand for long periods of time

　　Must be able to learn hotel management software system.

　　Must be able to work 3 to 5 shifts per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
