Ocean Edge Resort LLC dba Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club seeks FrontDesk Agents, 6 openings, Temporary full-time positions from 4/1/24 to10/31/24 in Brewster, MA. Front Desk Agents: Check in guests uponarrival, check guests out upon departure, post charges to appropriateguest accounts, answer calls that come to the front desk, assist guestsby answering their questions, requests and resolving problems orcomplaints, assisting in reservations as needed.? Must be able to go upand down stairs and carry supplies weighing up to 20 lbs. No experiencenecessary; will train. Workers will be paid no less than \$18.21 perhour. Overtime hours may be available at a rate of \$27.32 per hour.Generally: min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shiftsavailable but normally 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm daily. Conditions ofemployment for H2B and U.S. workers: 1. Initial transportation to beginthe seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extentnecessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or itscost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employmentperiod. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will beequal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Return transportation will be provided if the workercompletes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.Daily subsistence will be at least \$15.46 per day during travel to amaximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. 2. The employer guarantees tooffer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays ineach 12-week period of the total employment period. 3. The employer willprovide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment requiredto perform the job. 4. The employer will use a single work week forcomputing wages starting each Sunday at 12:00am and ending Saturday at11:59pm and the employee will be paid biweekly. 5. H-2B workers will bereimbursed during the first workweek for subsistence, visa, visaprocessing and related costs, except passport costs, by company check.6. Optional, limited, housing options available, first come first servedwhile available, for a fee ranging \$500 to \$700 per month (notdeducted from payroll). 7. The employer will make deductions fromworker\'s paycheck required by law. 8. Employees with more experience,or returning employees, may be offered a higher wage rate. 9.
