Nightshift will receive an additional \$1.50/hr for night shift differential!Free Temporary Housing with Relocation while securing Permanent HousingResponsible for overseeing and resolving any automation faults thatoccur on pallet conveyor, case conveyors, conventional palletizers, androbotic palletizers in one of the world\'s largest ice cream freezers.Additional tasks include but not limited to operating powered industrialforklifts, following specific SOP\'s, cleaning processes and properlydocumenting Food Safety and Quality programs, processes and inspectionsin a cold storage warehouse environment. - Complete all job duties inaccordance with any applicable: *Safety Procedures/Policies *WorkDocuments such as: Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Works,Talking Points *Best Practices *Verbal Instructions from Freezerleadership - Manage all functions of the Robots: * Manage and Correctfaults that occur on the Robots * Monitor the condition of the productthat is stacked by the Robot * Assist Maintenance in troubleshootingissues in the Robots * Adjust settings and coordinate flavor changeswhen necessary on the Robots - Perform Shack Duties: * Maintain Productflow on conveyors * Assist Maintenance in troubleshooting issues withthe conveyors * Create inventory in Oracle and generate LPNs - Manageall functions of the Palletizers: * Manage and Correct faults thatoccur in the Palletizers * Monitor the condition of the product that isstacked by the Palletizers * Assist Maintenance in troubleshootingissues with the Palletizers * Adjust settings / coordinate flavorchanges when necessary in the Palletizer - Manage all functions of theinducts: * Verify the quality of the pallets that are inducted *Manage and Correct faults that occur on the inducts * Manually Operatethe Inducts when necessary - Ensure compliance to Food Safety andQuality programs and processes. Approximate shift start times of 4:55 PMand 6:55 PM with normal shift lengths of 10 -12 hours.
