　　Earn $16.00/hour training wage while taking Ebenezer's in-person Nursing Assistant course 2 week Nursing Assistant course in February

　　Upon passing our MDH approved CNA course, start working as a Nursing Assistant at our vibrant skilled nursing facility in Lake City, MN and receive wage increase to $21.28 per hour! Extra pay for working evening and nights

　　With this training program Ebenezer will pay for CNA course, books, and required state CNA exam fees for each student hired

　　Course & Schedule

　　Ebenezer's course is in-person held at Lake City Care Center, 2/5/2024-2/14/2024, Monday -Friday, Days (8:30AM-4:30PM)

　　Clinicals will be in-person held at Lake City Care Center, 2/15/2024-2/16/2024 from 5:45AM-1:45PM or 1:45PM-10:15PM

　　Information about our paid training and job opportunity:

　　Must accept a hospitality aide training job andCNA job offer part/full time, with a start date of no later than 2/5 /2024.

　　Nursing Assistant schedules include working every other weekend Sat/Sunday and rotating holidays

　　Responsibilities/Job Description

　　Nursing Assistant/NAR duties:

　　Assists adult residents/patients, based on individual care plan with personal cares such as; bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, showers and responds to call lights

　　May turn, lift or transfer residents with or without other persons/mechanical assistance

　　Observes residents and reports status to nursing (rn/lpn) staff in a clear and concise manner

　　Chart or document all cares in electronic medical record system

　　Receive and give report to appropriate staff during various times in work shift

　　Qualifications

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Pass Ebenezer Nursing Assistant Course by 2/16/2024. Then within 4 months of hire date, must pass State of MN Nursing Assistant/Nurse Aide exams thus putting you on the MN Nursing Assistant registry.

　　Interest in starting your health/senior care career as a nursing assistant with Lake City Care Center. Opportunities to GROW within Ebenezer.

　　Preferred:

　　Ability to work with a diverse and geriatric/older population

　　Experience working as a HHA, PCA, DSP, NA, Resident Assistant or related coursework

　　Work experience in a customer service setting
