JOB SUMMARY
Manage the [email protected] email box, and ensure all incoming emails are dealt with in a timely manner (within 24hrs) in collaboration with the Senior Reservations Agent
Conduct Daily, Weekly, Monthly and any other Reservation checks and procedures implemented for smooth operations of the Reservations Department
Create (in collaboration with the Senior Reservations Agent) individual offers to try to meet the different guest expectations and needs depending on the guest segments (singles, couples with or without kids, Honeymoons, romantic getaways, inspirations trips etc.).
Manage individual Itineraries including Food and Beverages, SPA, Activities offers etc. including individualization of the specific villa in accordance with the Guest requests for respective bookings.
Job Requirements
Ensure all required internal services are scheduled in PMS and are billed accordingly for respective bookings
Ensure all required 3rd Party Services are scheduled in PMS and are billed accordingly for respective bookings
Follow up on Payments and confirmations for respective Provisional Bookings
Follow up on respective Offers sent within the hold period
Forward all guest payments to Accounts Department and ensure that they are captured in PMS for respective bookings
Optimize Guest information flow within various departments on the island (Food and Beverages, SPA, Activities etc.) for respective bookings
Keep data of all Reservations up to date in PMS
