Report to:

　　R&DS Finance Director (who reports to Japan IQVIA Group CFO)Responsibilities:

　　Manage monthly financial reporting process and provide clear, concise, timely and accurate performance analyses and reports

　　Assist R&DS Finance Director and Japan CFO in building monthly/quarterly financial outlook, annual budget (perfornance target) and mid-term strategic plan for Japan R&DS

　　Forecast/analyze bookings of revenue, pricing, cost & expenses, and headcount

　　Collaborate and have good communication with Global Finance & APAC Finance

　　Timely provide appropriate decision-making support services to Japan R&DS Management and operational leaders

　　Drive busiess growth and productivity improvements via monitoring Financial & Operational KPIs, analyzing trends, and suggesting corrective actions in case of deviation vs target

　　Appropriately answer any questions upon external accounting audit and internal audit

　　Requirements:

　　At least 3-5 years of professional experience at FP&A or Financial Reporting function

　　Ability to communicate and collaborate well with colleagues at Japan/Global Finance and other functions

　　Ability to help drive business growth towards target attainment in good partnership with business leaders

　　Ability to proactively initiate appropriate actions to help improve financial and operational performance of Japan R&DS business even under strong pressure or challenging environment

　　Hands-on experience on ERP (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft etc.) and analytical tools (Hyperion, etc.) Strong analytical skills using Excel, etc.

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).

　　Basic to intermediate accounitng knowledge and skills

　　Language:

　　Native level Japanese and Business level English

　　Preferred:

　　Professional experience in Healthcare Industry

　　Certification/Degree such as CPA, CMA, MBA

　　Experience in new financial system introduction (including ERP, etc.)
