Kforce has a client that is seeking a FPA Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:

　　FPA Analyst will intake monthly reporting packages and conduct earnings quality, margin, and budgetary analysis

　　Facilitate constructive discussions with Operating Partners around past and future performance

　　Underwrite reinvestment opportunities at portfolio companies

　　As a FPA Analyst, you will handle working capital and treasury management related requests

　　Assist in the on-boarding of recent acquisitions to portfolio

　　Work with management to operationalize suggestions

　　Degree in Business, with focus in Finance or Accounting

　　2-5 years of experience in roles with financial analysis, financial/operational liaison, team management, and/or accounting responsibilities

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
