Overview
As the Manager Revenue Management Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth by leveraging your financial expertise, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in reporting and dashboard development. You will be responsible for extracting insights from data and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance profitability.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive revenue optimization through dashboard development, data analysis and pricing strategies.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Support the development and management of processes to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
Create interactive and informative dashboards using Tableau for effective data visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue management.
Implement and maintain pricing optimization models to support strategic decision-making.
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategies, or financial analysis.
Proficiency in research methods and data analysis.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of data preparation processes using tools like Alteryx or Tableau Prep.
Expertise in dashboard development with Tableau or similar tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
