Local bakery manufacturer located in the Ronkonkoma, NY area is hiring for a 1st shift forklift operator for their facility. Candidates with 2 years minimum of experience are encouraged to . Responsibilities

Will be required to work in a refrigerated environment

Must be comfortable working in a cold enviromment

Operate forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up models, to load, unload, and move materials within the production area

Maintained accurate inventory records and ensured proper storage and organization of products to facilitate efficient retrieval and shipment processes.

Adhered to all safety guidelines, protocols, and OSHA regulations, resulting in a consistently accident-free work environment.

Collaborated with team members to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Picked and packed orders for distribution, utilizing forklifts and other equipment for efficient order fulfillment.
