Eaton’s ES AMER PCS PCD division is currently seeking a Forklift Operator - 2nd shift. The Forklift Operator will support the Distribution Center by ensuring correct material is at machines in a timely manner to produce quality parts and quality items are sent to the customer in a timely manner, and must work closely with other team members and Supervisor to maintain work collaboration and efficiency.

　　The hourly rate for this position is $18.11 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential and will increase to $20.93/hour after 6 months of employment. This position is based at our Ellisville, MO facility with 2nd shift hours of 2:30pm – 11:00pm.

　　What you’ll do:

　　This position consists of 8 hour shifts with occasional overtime eligibility. This is a clean facility with temp-moderate work environment. Eaton offers comprehensive benefits that start on day 1 of employment. Additionally, this site offers earned vacation time after 6 months of employment.

　　You will operate powered industrial equipment in very close quarters

　　You will perform forklift safety inspections

　　You will use stretch wrap equipment, scales, lift up to 35lbs and climb ladders

　　You will use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions

　　You will receive and put away incoming product

　　You will perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements

　　You will ensure quality work

　　You will keep your work area clean and orderly

　　You will follow all safety rules and practices

　　Required (Basic):

　　Must be legally authorized to work in the US on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship

　　No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Ellisville, MO will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

　　Preferred:

　　A high school diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.Skills:

　　Successful completion of electric pallet jack and forklift operator training

　　Ability to perform basic math skills

　　Ability to stand, sit and/or walk on a hard surface as well as safely bend, stoop, and reach
