　　Responsibilities

　　Pay Transparency Statement:  

　　The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other businessneeds. This role may also be eligible toparticipatein a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.

　　Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 1:00pm start time

　　Pay: $19.50 per hour

　　Position Summary:   

　　Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles.We are searching for team members that will thrive in a busy,fast pacedenvironment and enjoy being physically active throughout their shift.

　　Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

　　Operate industrial vehicles and equipment.

　　Transport finished goods to designated area.

　　Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.

　　Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

　　Move product and/or materials manually as required.

　　Other projects or duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills and Experience:  

　　6 months prior warehouse forklift experience.

　　Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.

　　Demonstrated attention to detail.

　　Position must pass a post offer drug test, Pre-Work Screen, and background check.

　　Preferred Skills and Experience:  

　　High school diploma or GED

　　6 months of related experience (i.e. working in a distribution warehouse environment, roofer, farmhand, grocery dock, construction, manipulating patients in a hospital/nursing home or physical therapy environment, or other positions which require continuous heavy lifting which deals with multi-temperature).

　　Forklift certification is required or obtained immediately upon hire.
