　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs part of this position, you will be in charge of overseeing the upkeep and construction of roads, infrastructure, and facilities in Franklin and Fulton Counties, specifically within the Bear Valley maintenance division. This division operates independently from the Resource Management Center and focuses on managing maintenance and trade workers who handle tasks like repairing state forest roads, facilities, and equipment, as well as protecting wildlands from wildfires. Your role will be vital in supporting the Forest District Manager and Assistant Forest Managers in accomplishing the objectives and mission of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Bureau of Forestry. Additionally, you will also serve as a State Forest Officer and Forest Fire Warden.
