　　Job Duties

　　Lead a2-5 person treecrew inperforming all aspects of tree pruning and removal services safely and skillfully formajor electric utility providers.Including but not limited to:Pruning treetops, repairing damaged trees by trimming or removalRemoving broken limbs from utility lines, roofs, and other objectsApplication oftree identificationknowledgeand industry pruning guidelinesPerform job-siteinspections with proper planning and execution of assigned work and tasksProperly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts and more.Mentor and train new employees

　　What We're Seeking:Love of the outdoorsAbility to complete the Davey Tree Trimmer Orientation Program upon hireAbility to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hireRequired: valid driver's licensePreferred: Commercial Driver's License-Class A or B with Air Brake Endorsement or willingness to obtainPreferred: line clearance experience or other related tree workPreferred: relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state lawPreferred: ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Certified Tree Worker, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional
