　　Foremen at F&B are reliable leaders capable of commanding a crew to ensure completion of work. The foreman will be responsible for keeping trade workers on target with job site deadlines while making sure all safety guidelines are followed. Working closely with the Superintendent, the foreman will aid in keeping customers satisfied and continuing the positive reputation of Fessler & Bowman. The below descriptions are representative of, but not limited to, the expectations of this role.

　　Five Key Roles of the Foreman:

　　Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the job site & report any incidents.Supervise and assign all tasks to the crew members and record daily timesheetsAssess skill set of all crew members and provide on the job training and coaching as required.Manage and resolve any employee issues on site and report any discipline to Human resources.Working alongside the team to deliver a high-quality product that exceeds our customer's expectations.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Organize and direct personnel to execute project requirementsInterpret plans, shop drawings and specifications to perform work correctlyOrder materials per plans and specifications as assigned by supervisorSchedule equipment and tools as assigned and coordinatedEnsure craftsmen maintain a clean and safe job siteEnsure OSHA, safety, and environmental regulation complianceIdentify potential design, construction or scheduling problems and advise superintendentClarify discrepancies and questions concerning plans and drawingsShoot grades with laser level and understand elevationsOversee construction projects from beginning to end and coordinate workers without supervision.Ability to identify and correct unsafe actsEducation, Experience & Qualifications:

　　5+ years of Concrete Foreman experience

　　Valid Driver's License with clean driving record preferred

　　OSHA 30 certification

　　Experience leading crews of 6+ people while completing the following tasks:

　　Direct the forming and pouring of the project
