　　Position Qualifications:

　　6 months to 1 year of prior skilled LPN experience preferred

　　Hospice or Home Health preferred

　　An active unencumbered state LPN license

　　Current driver's license and auto liability coverage

　　CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical

　　Hospice or Home Health experience preferred

　　Must have a reliable car for transportation

　　Schedule:

　　Full Time - Mon to Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with no WeekendsPowered by JazzHR
