　　Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Food Safety Auditor to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As a Food Safety Auditor, you will work alongside the health department and manage inspections. You will help to ensure all food safety procedures are followed to ensure our team members and guests are kept safe.

　　Responsibilities

　　Walk the health department auditors around on game days and oversee the inspections

　　Assist in overseeing the quality and food safety programs, including implementation and documentation

　　Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for events

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 1 year experience in the food safety industry

　　Availability to work home game-days

　　Physical Requirements

　　Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

　　Standing and walking for extended periods of time
