Description:

　　Accountable for achieving product quality for each shift in order to maintain compliance with the daily operating plan, key performance indicators (KPI’s) and all applicable policies, procedures and regulations.

　　A lot of document review and visual/ physical quality testing.

　　Compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. Collaborates with others to identify the root cause of consumer complaints and out of line Standard Operating Conditions, aiding in the implementation of the corrective action.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or distribution center environment required.

　　Minimum 1-year lab experience preferred.

　　Experience in a food manufacturing environment with FDA inspections and Audits is a plus. Previous experience with SOP's is also a plus. Must be able an analytical thinker and be able to think through the processes. Must be able to work with the production team as the quality techs will be overseeing the production techs to ensure that they are following quality SOP’s and educating and training them on proper quality procedures.

　　Leadership skills from prior work experience is highly desired.

　　GMP food manufacturing or other related industries is preferred.

　　Ability to write (Certificate of Authenticity) COA’s is highly desired

　　Degree is not required
