Quality Assurance Technician - Food Safety.

To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as aQuality Assurance Technician - Food Safety.

Your Responsibilities:

Promoting food safety culture.

Management and follow-up of audits and their actions.

Review of manufacturing batch documentation.

Investigate deviations together with the teams involved.

Maintain and manage the documented information system.

Acting as technical interlocutor in the definition of strategic lines, applying a vision of the future and providing advice on its possible evolution.

Preparation, review and approval of reports and protocols required by the system in the field of quality.

Ensure the application of risk analysis principles and appropriate tools for the development of the food safety and quality system throughout the product life cycle.

Track, maintain and develop system indicators to ensure process control status and product quality.

Ensure proper investigation of deviations occurring in the system.

Ensure proper planning and evaluation of necessary change controls in the quality system.

Ensure that GMPs and food safety are applied throughout the product life cycle.

Ensure the internal audit program and support external audits.

Oversee the corrective and preventive action program.

Your profile

Education:

University Degree (preferably Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or health sciences).

Knowledge of occupational risk prevention legislation.

Knowledge of the application standards according to the integrated management system.

Specialist knowledge of pharmaceutical and food GMP standards.

Specialist knowledge of food safety standards, ISO 22000.

Knowledge of Halal and Kosher regulations.

Experience

At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in the Food / Pharma sector
