Production Associate

　　Description:

　　Candidates in this position will be working in a food production facility that specializes in bread dough. The primary product distributed is pizza crusts. Candidates will be working in either Processing or Packaging. Processing is the mixing and production of the dough, and packaging is boxing it up once the final product is made. We are looking for candidates that want to grow with the company and move into a supervisor position.

　　Responsibilities Include:

　　Line Operator (Processing)

　　50-75 pounds of lifting, pushing, or pulling

　　Pushing/pulling the large mixing bowl, dumping the ingredients into the bowl, adding ice to cool yeast as needed, attaching it to the machine that dumps it onto the production line, etc.

　　Measuring out dry/wet ingredients for each batch using a scale

　　Lifting the buckets onto the line with measured out ingredients

　　Recycle as much dough as possible, so for this spot there is a person that cuts dough into pieces in a trough and then lifts it onto the conveyor belt. This must be a quick individual, and be able to lift about 50 pounds of dough

　　Checking quality, dumping in ingredients, and monitoring mixer

　　Packaging

　　This department is upstairs in the production facility

　　Either stacking frozen pizza crust and counting to 5-7 or putting frozen dough balls into bags

　　Down the line, helping complete quality checking and then more bagging as well as counting to 10-50 of how many go in the box

　　The line does not slow down, it stays at the same pace and is fast paced

　　Hours: Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturday OT)

　　Production - 7:30am to 4:00pm

　　Packaging - 8:30am to 5:00pm

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must be able to stand on feet for entire shift

　　Experience working on a production line where the work comes at you

　　Fast worker

　　Basic math skills for counting

　　Entry Level
