ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for orderprocessing; direct service program order fulfillment, online orders,order adjustments, database picking, and confirming orders Enters datafor order audits and reports any findings to the Warehouse SupervisorRuns operational reports as needed (i.e. confirmed order summary,schedule pickup, and delivery) Coordinates and schedules inbound loadappointments Performs daily audit of donor receipts Performs a dailyinventory of perishable items for the Delivery Supervisor Tracks misseddeliveries and reports findings to Delivery Supervisor and AgencyRelations department Coordinates, schedules, and tracks backhauls withguidance from Delivery Supervisor Responsible for IFTA fuel tax datainput and communication to Director of Finance for payment Performsongoing audits of AIB paperwork and reports findings to area owner Withothers, supports administrative file maintenance and communicates withother Food Bank departments as well as external parties as directedProvides general administrative support OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Providessupport to Food Operations team Provides back up support forpre-receipting incoming loads Provides excerpts of data to colleagues asdirected for compliance Assistance with special projects as neededWORKING CONDITIONS Onsite work is an office environment with certaintasks within a warehouse environment JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSEducation & Training - Associates Degree or equivalent with 2 years ofexperience in office administration and customer service Demonstratedhigh degree of accuracy while completing time-sensitive tasksDemonstrated skills in Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, Excel, andOutlook Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability tohandle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills on the phone, via email, and inperson Ability to work both independently and with a team in a diverseworkplace Ability to learn new software Regular and reliable attendanceJOB PREFERENCES 3+ years in office administration and customer serviceExperience working for a mission-driven organization Experience andfacility with Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom Excellent writing skillsExperience working in a team environment In accordance with federal lawand U.S. Department of Agriculture Nondiscrimination Policy, thisinstitution is an equal opportunity provider and prohibited fromdiscriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex,religion, age, disability, marital or familial status.
