How you will make an impact
Oversee employee database records
Use the internet and other external resources to source applicants
Take part in new employee on-boarding orientation planning
Write job postings and upload them to job boards
Oversee applicant tracking via internal systems
Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities
Requirements
Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
Onboarding and New Hire Orientations experience required
Foundational knowledge in Prescreening
General familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites
Proven knowledge of writing Job Postings
2+ years of experience within Human Resources (HR) Administration
Proven experience scheduling interviews and overseeing calendars for internal stakeholders
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
