Kenvue is recruiting for an Facilities Manager Site Lead for their Facilities Management team. This position will report into the Director of Facilities Management North America, and is based in Fort Washington, PA.
What will you doKey Responsibilities-The Facilities Manager Site Lead is responsible for taking care of all Kenvue buildings in the Fort Washington, PA and providing end to end services from Real Estate, Engineering & Strategic Project Delivery to Facilities Management. We have a profound influence on the entire Kenvue Enterprise, providing innovative workplaces where our employees can collaborate and grow, and delivering flexible site solutions which enable our business to best serve our important customers and patients.
Responsibilities * Drive FM focus and capabilities within the micro-region * Coordinate with peers in the sub-region * Serve as the primary point of contact to site-level business customers for Facilities quality, safety, compliance, and performance * Lead site and micro-regional relationships with outsourcing partners, Kenvue functions, business customers and authorities. * Serve as primary site liaison for EHSS compliance * Ensure compliance with external and internal requirements * Ensure site facilities are compliant with good commercial, laboratory and manufacturing practices, and other regulations * Share E&PS key performance metrics, benchmarks, and methodologies to establish a high-performance and continuous improvement culture * Implement and maintain business continuity plans and infrastructure management programs * Support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects * Coordinate between business units and contractors during planning/construction as needed * Attend and/or chair customer and FM Facilities level governance forums escalating governance issues as required * Coordinate inspections on site, as needed
QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, etc. or equivalent required * 6 years of facilities experience * Demonstrated leadership and strong technical skills * Confirmed knowledge in technical and business subject areas * Detailed success in achieving project goals * Strong record of local collaboration ensuring completion of projects and people development * Strong communication skills both written and oral * Ability to focus strategically while maintaining a tactical focus * Ability to adapt emerging standard methodologies and industry innovations * Ability to lead diverse teams through change and organizational transformation * Digital literacy, including proven understanding of MS Office suite * Demonstrated leadership and strong technical skills * Budget/financial leadership skills * Ability to travel regularly between sites
Desired Qualifications * Master's degree in a related field or equivalent preferred * Certifications (e.g., CFM, CPMM, MCR, SLCR, etc.) preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,000.
